  • Ψάρια (πλούσια οφέλη στην υγεία μας από την πρωτεΐνη και τα καλά λιπαρά που μας προσφέρουν, τονώνουν επίσης τη δύναμη του εγκεφάλου και δρουν ενάντια στην κατάθλιψη, ενισχύουν το ανοσοποιητικό. 
  • Γαλακτοκομικά και Τυριά
  • Αυγά ( πηγή πρωτεΐνης )
  • Όσπρια  (φακές, φασόλια,  γίγαντες, ρεβίθια)
