Η δίαιτα της σοκολάτας ή CHOCOLATE DIET by DIET PLASMA, είναι ένα ολοκληρωμένο πλάνο αδυνατίσματος με ισχυρή μεταβολική δράση στο αδυνάτισμα αλλά και ιδιαίτερη δράση σε σχεδόν όλους τους καρδιομεταβολικούς δείκτες.

Το δημιούργησα το 1998 μετά από παρατηρήσεις σε ασθενείς που είχα σε τεχνητή διατροφή όπου και παρουσίαζαν σημαντική βελτίωση στη σύσταση σώματος και έντονη μείωση λίπους. Από το 1998 που δημιουργήθηκε βρίσκεται σε συνεχή ενημέρωση και βελτιώσεις ώστε να ανταποκρίνονται στις μεταβολές του τρόπου ζωής του γενικού πληθυσμού.

Η βιολογική δράση του προγράμματος βασίζεται σε τέσσερις κύριους άξονες. Στον έλεγχο του κέντρου της πείνας μέσω της σεροτονίνης, την αύξηση του μεταβολισμού μέσω ουσιών που λέγονται θεοξανθίνες, την καλή οξυγόνωση και αγγειοδιαστολή για την καύση του λίπους και την ημερήσια κάλυψη του γλυκού.

Η δίαιτα σοκολάτας διαθέτει, ανοικτά και ολοκληρωμένα μηνιαία προγράμματα, που καλύπτουν ολόκληρη την γκάμα της παχυσαρκίας από την κυτταρίτιδα έως την νοσογόνο παχυσαρκία. Ενώ η μεταβλητότητα στην χρήση μας δίνει την δυνατότητα να μεταβάλουμε την ταχύτητα του αδυνατίσματος όπως θέλουμε εμείς από χαλαρό, φυσιολογικό έως και γρήγορο αδυνάτισμα. Η μέση απώλεια κιλών είναι τα 6 κιλά τον μήνα σε έναν φυσιολογικό μεταβολισμό κατά φύλο και ηλικία.

  • Ιδανική δίαιτα για απώλεια βάρους και λίπους.
  • Κατάλληλη και για γρήγορο αδυνάτισμα με απώλεια βάρους και λίπους, διπλάσια από την κλασική δίαιτα.
